Psygnosis was a British studio founded in 1984 and is best remembered for co-developing Lemmings — one of the most commercially successful and widely ported puzzle games of all time. They also produced Shadow of the Beast, Obliterator and many other Amiga and DOS titles known for pushing graphical limits. Sony acquired the studio in 1993.
