LucasArts (originally Lucasfilm Games) was the games division of George Lucas's company, active from 1982 to 2013. During the late 1980s and 1990s they produced some of the greatest adventure games ever made: The Secret of Monkey Island, Grim Fandango, Day of the Tentacle, Sam & Max Hit the Road, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, and the SCUMM-engine classics that defined point-and-click gaming.
